The ASUS Winter organisation has confirmed to HLTV.org that dateam will not participate in the tournament in Kiev.
The Swedish side had been drawn in Group E along with the likes of selectah and inGame and were due to play their first match at 13:30 CET.
However, bad weather in Sweden has forced air companies to cancel several flights leaving the country, which means that dateam currently only have two players in Kiev.
The rest of the team can only fly to the Ukrainian capital on Sunday, which means that the team have been forced to pull out of the competition.
The news comes as a major blow to dateam, who would have in ASUS Winter their first LAN test. The Swedish team recently added former SK Gaming and Blank player Emil "striker" Westerberg to their roster, and were looking to make their mark in Ukraine.
